We have been so many places in the last week I find it hard to remember! Ok I'm lying, I totally remember it all, but it's still a little nutty! We got into Athens after 5 hours on a train in Italy to the port, then 16 hours on a ferry crossing the MEditerranean, then 4 more hours by train to Athens, where we finally put down some roots and slept in a real bed. We attempted to get a ferry to Santorini, but winds were too strong and the ferries were cancelled. So we spent some time in Athens before heading to the Pelopponese to visit Nafplio and the Mycenean ruins. Both of which were fabulous and the beauty can be best expressed through photos, which I will upload later. ...to be continued when i have more internet credit
