Monday 24th August - 5th September 2015

So for my last two weeks in Banff I have been running around crazy getting myself sorted! I found a place to live when I come home from my holiday. Its not too far away from Banff Ave, a block away from where I lived down Wolf St. Its a three bedroom house that I am sharing with another Canadian couple who seem pretty cool. We have a spare bedroom for guests and visitors which is sweet. Found myself some furniture too! I've unpacked myself and moved in on the 1st so when I come home I have everything that I need all unpacked! I'll end up changing it all around when I come back! But I have a huge wardrobe that I need to fill up, which I'm pretty sure I will!

I finished my last week up at work, with no idea what position I will be when I return. I have applied for the assistance supervisor role for the gondola which I am waiting to hear if I have this or not. If not my back up plan is to move to the warehouse and be head supervisor/Newts run around b****!

So I had a 'senior' moment and realised that I am my father daughter. I got my days and dates mixed up and went to the bus stop a day early! How embarrassing! Well I got an extra night in my house and spend the evening with Andrew so that wasn't bad at all!!

I had a nice relaxing day unlike the anxiety I caused myself the day before! Went to the hot tubs one last time with Andrew and grabbed some lunch at the Rose and Crown before I headed to the airport on the last bus from Banff, about 7:30 pm. It was snowing when I left Banff and headed into Calgary! Pretty crazy! Quite concerned about how cold its going to be when I get back in October!

So I had a long night in the airport as I didn't realised that you went through U.S. customs on this side! Which was handy! So it was a long wait till 4 am!
