Whitsudays Rocks. Arrived in Airlie the 28th party place of oz and the gateway to Whitsundays. The now trio (hannikins has joined us for a couple of weeks in oz and Fuji, woo, woo!) crazily booked onto a boat called 'spank me!" for 3 nights to travel the Whitsundays. Whitsundays has to make the top 2 best places I have visited on my travels so far. As the ozzies would say "awesome". 3 days we spent diving, learning how to sail, sleeping on deck, visiting breathtaking beaches, loosing are beloved Malibu overboard...ooopps!!! Nemo is now swimming around the Great Barrier a bit blurry eyed! ..Lol. Slight drama sess...2nd day diving. 4 of us who were certified divers went of by areselves; only 10mins later having to do an emergency surface because we lost someone. The current was pretty strong and visibility was about 1met, but is was all good we found him bobbing along the surface...grrrrr to him for getting lost tho (foreiginors!!)
