5am wake up call to get a taxi to the airport for our check in, ready for 8.45am flight. We were very pleased to get out of the horrid hostel!!

The flight was again good, free breakfast and drinks. The flight was only 3hrs and 15mins. Once we arrived to Auckland, we had no idea where to go as we didn't book anything due to no internet access. So we made our way to the visitor centre to book our hostel. It was a YHA hostel, based about 5 mins walk away from the city centre. So far, so good! We are only here for one night as we are thinking to hire a campervan or going on the kiwi experience. Trying to think what would be best for us!
