Tuesday 12th February

We decided to visit another popular attraction which was at least 30mins walk away. It was Pet Porpoise Pool where you can get to kiss/pat a dolphin or seal. There were other things that you could do such as feeding penguins/fishes and also meeting other land animals. There were experiences where you could get to swim, play, dance with dolphins or seals. Unfortunately its fully booked till 25th, which Lisa was really gutted about.

The weather was chucking down with rain this morning but it didn't stop us visiting the attraction. Once we arrived, the rain didn't ease up at all and we decided that it would be a waste of time to have a look around when it could be better for photos. So we are hoping to visit it tomorrow if the weather improves.

We returned back to the hostel and we discussed about when we should leave here to move on to Sydney. Lisa realised how much she really wanted to swim and get close to the dolphins. She have done that with wild dolphins in New Zealand but what she really wanted to do was to play, touch, dance with them! She felt that it would be the only opportunity while its reasonable price. So we both decided to stay here for long term. Daniel went ahead and booked Lisa in for 25th at the reception. We then rebooked ourselves for the hostel till 25th too. We also booked Greyhound coach on the same day, a overnight journey to save ourselves an accomodation cost.

As we are now on very very tight budget as we are running low with money, it meant that we do need to find jobs to keep us going till May. Sometimes, we do wish that we stuck to March to return back to UK so that way we would be okay with our money/budget, not having to work at all! So we are hoping to find jobs in Coffs Harbour and its quite difficult with lack of internet access to do bit of searching. So hopefully tomorrow, we will find something in the town or at least in our hostel with cleaning jobs for free accomodations.

It had been raining all day so we just relaxed in the hostel, working out the plan for the rest of our travels.

Another dvd to watch this evening which was The Hulk to keep us occupied.
