Been a couple of days since I have written anything. Sometimes you find time to upload pictures or blog but not both.
We met up with Ashley and Alexa yesterday for dinner. My cousin Gordon had asked if we have time could we look Ashley up and we did so we did. She is here on and exchange type program. Will be spending a year here going to a Thai School. Her friend Alexa (sp?) is here from a small town a few ours from Mexico City in Mexico. Both were very nice girls. Went for pizza and then walked to the Night Market. The girls hung out with us for a bit before heading on their way. They did have to get up for school this morning.
I went for a Nerve Touch Massage yesterday. Who ever said that massages were suppost to be calming and nice? I have found so many sore spots on my body that it is hard to really relax while I am getting a massage. But I do admit that aftewords I do feel pretty good. I am hoping to get rid of my tender neck and shoulders by way of massage.
The nigth before we attending the Night Safari and enjoyed it. The Jaguar walk around that lake was nice but it was dark and our guide flash light was dieing on us. So we did not get to see every animal that we would have like to have seen.
Then after that we went on a tram that took us through a site with deer, water buffalo, wild bores, zebras, giraffes, etc. We were not allowed to us our flash on the camera and since we did not know how to turn it off there will be no pictures of what we saw.
Next we went thru the Preditor Prowl on another tram. I finally figured out how to take pictures but it was too dark were we were sitting to pick up anything. So again no pictures. But it was nice seeing the bear, tigers, lions, hyena's, wolfs, etc. The commontator on the bus talked quite fast to start as if he was trying to get thru the conversation quickly but that was just the way he was and he was actuallyl quite funny.
One thing about being on the tram is that you got a bit of a cool breeze. That was nice and needed.
We also had our picture taken with a young white tiger on our laps and then watched the fountain lazer show before heading home.
Tonight we will be out with Dave and Wayne our Ausie friends.
