The next day(Thursday) we were up early to be picked up for our Thai cooking class. First stop was the market where Nokki showed us different veggies & ingreediences that went into making the dishes. And off to the cooking school were we made about 5 or 6 dishes, starting with pad thai noodles and went onto spring rolls then spicy prawn soup & curried chicken and more. It was all very yummy and we got to eat all that we made. We were very very full. Unfortunately we were feeling a bit of the effects from the previous night out but still enjoyed ourselves.
Friday Nov 10th we hung out around the old city (time is flying by so quickly that I have to really think about what we have been up to). That evening we went to a Mauy Thai Kick Boxing event. Myself I was a bit on the tired side and found it ok but there was a couple of times when I almost drifted off. There are 8 fights starting with the young kids first & working up to the older & heavier weights. The last fight is the big one & it was over in only a couple of rounds. After that we found our way back to the guest house with a little help from a Dutch couple that we met as we were leaving. They pointed us in the right direction.
