Pedalled north from Gruissan. Though narrow roads and dusty lanes that zig-zagged across the salt marches. The scenery was very changeable - sometimes through tall dense bamboo and sometimes alongside rivers and canals.
Hot and windy (wind coming from all sorts of directions).
Booked our (pointless) pcr tests en route.
Got into the canal town of Sète, just in time to watch the traditional Sètois water-jousting on the Grand Canal (today’s pic.)
Checked into an Airbnb. It’s got a balcony. Not wide enough to swing a cat but a balcony nevertheless.
