Yosemite is the most beautiful place on Earth!

While we were back to freezing cold weather (it didn't actually snow while we were in Yosemite but as you can see from the photo's there was still snow from the last fwe days around!), the place is gorgeous and with all the walking that you do, you soon start to warm up. Tara spent the day at the hotel, catching up on daytime TV while Emma and I attempted various tracks winding through the valley and up the mountains. There were alot more people there than I thought (considering so many other places have been deserted in winter!!)

We stayed in last night as it was Australia Day so we celebrated with some Yosemite Pale Ale and some dodgy TV!! I can't even remember what was on. We go back through Merced today to get to San Francisco...hopefully some sunshine =P
