Only stopped in Greensboro for 6 hours. We went for a wander to get some dinner. Had burgers and hot dogs in a little retro diner not too far from the station (it was a bit cold walking around!). We then went back to the station and sat around for about 4 hours waiting for the train to Atlanta!
