After an only so-so night sleep (rock hard bed, furniture constantly being moved in the restaurant over our suite), we had a decent breakfast and hired a taxi for 6 hours, to take us around Chennai. Little did we know, that our driver was obviously not local, thus we had to direct him EVERYWHERE. Last night was rather unbareable. The hotel was holding a party to the local Cricket team and the techno bass noise pounded through our room until 5AM, despite us complaining about it. Today was all about flights, though. We got up at 8:45, had a quick breakfast and shower and headed to the domestic airport with a complimentary hotel car.
