It has been a while since we last blogged, we have been without mobile phone or internet/wi-fi. Please check out our recent stuff. We had to get to Reckong Peo from Chitkul to obtain our inner line permit. As the towns we planned to visit in the Himalayas are close to the Tibetan border, the Indo-Tibetan Border police like to keep a close eye on foreigners and so require a permit.
