We arrived about 9pm after a full day of buses, having left our Huanchaco hotel at 8am. All knackered we headed for dinner in town at a steak place (great food) and had a couple of mojitos that blew my socks off!  Bed afterward (although I'd slept most of the day on the bus), don't think I was capable of doing much more because of the mojitos! We arrived at Hostal Huanchaco about 5.30pm and headed straight out for a walk ... The bus ride had been more like 10 hours, rather then the promised 9. Another 20 minutes sorting out taxis in Trujillo and 30 minutes from there to where we were staying. We arrived in Lima from Nasca. We arrived in Huacachina about midday, said goodbye to our drivers, dumped our bags in a storage room at a cafe, then headed out to our dune buggies! We arrived in Nasca about 7.30am.  Slept pretty good thanks to the sleeping pill and only awoke a few times thanks to my big Peruvian friend beside me hogging the arm & foot rests, he beat me in the elbow wrestle :-( We went straight to hotel, quick shower and change and then out to the airport for our flight over the desert to view the Nasca Lines!
