Hey everyone, so on 27th May we woke up about 5pm after the tiring 15 hour flight. We got a tuk tuk to the night market on the river- everything is so cheap! Then we went down khao san road, which was buzzing with bars. Had a few drinks and then back to the hotel. Monday 28th we met Mr Tee, our tour leader and India and Anna- our other group members. Both are really nice. Mr Tee took us to local restaurant and then back to the hotel because next morning we were up at 7.30am. Tues 29th we got a tour of the city which began on a boat on the river, then we went to Wat Pho temple to see the reclining Buddha!!! It is massive! We then got on the sky train to MBK centre- thousands of shops and bargains. Adam got some shortr, i got some souvinires. At 6 pm we boarded the night train for our 15 hour long journey to Chiang Mai. Was really cool and we met a girl called Enya from Berlin, so we all went to the trains restaurant and played drinking games until half 10, then tried to get some sleep on the bunk beds.
