We went to the Sequoia National Park today to see General Sherman, the largest (most mass) tree in the world. Went on a few of the walks that were in the park after the hikes in Yosemite they were really easy and relatively flat.
Dai did a handstand and a one handed handstand as requested by Jace, take a look at the video to get a clue to how he did it :-)

Julie On second thoughtd - did you turn pic upside down : ) Both gueses wrong, if you look at the video its the same tree he did the handstand on, he was lying flat against the tree with hardly any wieght on his arms :-)
