Just spent my last day in Takayama, which is an amazing place. Yesterday when I got here I went to a place called Jackson which is a curry house. There was no English menu and no pictures but luckily the chef spoke some English. I ended up having the most amazing chicken Katsu curry ever for less than a tenner. Today is my flight out of japan. My flight out to Singapore is from kansai airport, Osaka so the last 4 nights I've spent in Osaka. It's the last place I've been to that I would've wanted to go back to but rather here than Tokyo. At least here it's still easy to get to the airport. I haven't really done anything as I've been trying to safe my money now and Osaka is the last place I want to spend it anyway. Not even really eaten good food as it's been McDonalds ...

Spent 3 nights in Kyoto, which is a very interesting place but my least favourite so far. The main attraction of the city is the temples, which I think there are about 170 off. When I finally found my hostel, the city is huge so I had to get a bus than spent about an hour and half looking for the hostel, I dropped my bag off and went to the world heritage temple complex. Again I'm writing this on my last night here. I spent my first say here going to the Japanese garden and castle. The garden is apparently one of the top 3 gardens in japan and was pretty amazing.
