Hi everybody

his weekend was a 5 day weekend!!! woohooo. this is because it was Chuseok, which is a Korean Thanksgiving. I spent the weekend doing many exciting things. I went to the Korean Memorial Museum, it was very huge, and had so many interesting historical pieces, lots of weapons and things too. I also went to the N Seoul Tower, you go up there by cable, so you can get a great view, then we hiked on the way down. After that, we went to Myeongdong, where everybody got some clothes. It was packed there, and everyone was very into the shopping. I also went to a world cultural festival where there were games, performances, and food samples. I got to pound a huge pile of rice and mak e it into a jelly like ball that is dipped into some powder. It was very good, like a rice gum.

I spent the next day on campus, exploring the area. It is so beautiful! I am enjoying Korea very much.
