Sheldon and Patricia's Adventures In Travel
Our last day in Barcelona consisted of shopping, sight seeing, more eating and drinking and an evening at the music hall, Palau de la Musica Catalana. The music hall is a modernist design that was built in 1905-08. The program was a combination of Spanish opera arias and several flamenco pieces complete with some very athletic dancing. This was a fantastic opportunity to see the interior of the building and take in some Spanish music and dance. After the performance we went out for a traditional dinner of tapas and made it back to the hotel by midnight. Up early tomorrow morning to catch the train to Seville.
