So found a nice little campsite last night, pitched up and got settled for the night. Pretty descent nights sleep and was lovely waking up, opening the doors and being in the wooden campsite.
Headed back into central cairns where we did some shopping and was able to Skype mum and dad, which was very lovely.
Then it was time for activity number one, something that has been on my bucket list for a long time...White Water Rafting. Got picked up and taken to the Barron River, the scenery was out of this world and rafting was so much fun. And yes I did fall in, the only one in our raft and Chels caught it all on her go pro.
Back to campsite and getting ready for our first proper night out in cairns. Taught Chelsea go fishing card game and managed to turn it into a drinking game! Result!
