Perth - part 1

After being on the road the previous couple of days we enjoyed some chill out time when we arrived in Perth. We knew that we had quite a bit of time in /around Perth so we didn't need to rush around which was nice, but old habits die hard and we spent just 2 days/3 nights in Perth before going on to do another tour of the south-west corner of Oz - called "Southern Curl"! But before we embarked on our next journey we did manage to see some of Perth.

We visited an outdoor photo exhibition called "The Earth from Above", which was beautiful to walk around in the sunshine. We also spent time wandering around Northbridge and Perth city centre - we haven't seen a city centre this big since Singapore and so we marvel at the shops and it even has department stores!! We visit the West Australian Art Gallery and eat at an Asian food court as we have been having cravings for Asian food ever since we left Asia!

We're sad to leave our beautiful hostel but the next road trip beckons us!
