So up at 2am today to climb 11600 total steps to watch the sunrise over Adams Peak. I would like to say it was a enjoyable experience but it wasn't. On the plus side work out was over by 7am.

Slight issue with the car, the battery ran out I. The key meaning it wouldn't start for us so had to wait an hour for a new battery.

Anyway have spent 4 hours driving through tea plantations and paddy fields which has been totally breath taking.

Watching the ladies pick tea, not very men on the job just supervising really.

We have now landed in Hapetule and are staying on a tea plantation over looking a massive valley. Absolutely stunning!

Our bungalow is called aerie and belonged to one of the old superintendents that runs part of a plantation. It is very very old, quaint and smells like old people.
