After a long tiring drive arrived in the exciting city of San Francisco. We checked into our budget dorm rooms and found a few rat poos on our bed!! MMM well not a great room so far. Anyway left that and headed into to town to look for more accomodation to stay in for the rest of the time and also we had a browse around the shore. The place was the hilliest place ever. I cant believe people actually park their cars on the verticle hills. Our car (Luca) found it very hard bless him. We had a stressful time finding accom as it was Memorial weekend and evrything was booked. Managed to get a deal at the Travelodge for the 3 of us so went back and told Rat poo place no thank you and checked into the nice TL. That night we were excited about having a TV so watched a bit of American Idol and then went for a drink and Ice cream in the town. We aklso got some good pics of Alcatraz. The following day me and Vic got some Bikes and rode over the Golden Gate Bridge and also went to China toen and saw where some scenes from Karate Kid and Indiana Jones was filmed. We also watched them make Fortune Cookies and ate all the ones that went wrong. That night we wnt to Pier 39 and saw all the Sea Lions that met there each night. There were thousands of them it was bizarre. The next day we were stuck as every accom in our budget was booked out so we decided to leave San Fran and head for San Diego. San Fran was wicked though would like to go back there.
