Good Morning everyone! It's just another great one on the Gold Coast of Australia in Surfer's Paradise. I was up at 4:30 this morning to walk the beach and take some pictures of the sun coming up. South America is about 5000 mile due east, just the direction the sun is coming up. Chile I think.
It's warm here this morning and the breeze is beautiful. I'm in shorts and tee shirt and have sand between my toes. There aren't too many people around, just a few die hard surfers trying to catch a wave. Not sure what we have planned for today, I'll wake them up when I get back. Our Condo on about 2 minutes walk from the beach and we are spending a lot of time here. One thing we noticed is that the sand "squeaks" when you walk on it. Never had that happen before and it's strange hearing it when you walk.
Anyway, off to breakfast.
