Some rolling surf. You can see the surfer with his board waiting to jump in. Shortly after I took this picture he did jump in and we watched him swim out. There were a lot of surfers out there, including wind surfers and paddle surfers. 2 weeks ago they held the Australian Surfing Championships. Don't know what kind of tree this is, but they are everywhere and they're big.

The trail was pretty steep at times and a part was washed out from all the rain last week. They had over 400 mm in 5 days. Talk about your 100 year storm.
