Hello Everyone!
We have had a wonderful day today. We rented our first car from central London and drove towards Bath.

On the way we stopped at a lovely little town called Chippenham and an even lovelier, VERY historic village, called Castle Combe. If you have ever fantasised about visiting one of those quaint little English villages, this is the one you need to see!!!! The buildings/houses date back to the 1700s and it is just SO pretty. You will see how gorgeous the village is in my photo album.

After Castle Combe, we made our way to Bath along the cutest little hedge-rimmed country road. Bath is truly MAGNIFICENT! Oh my gosh, so historic! The first thing we did, after checking into our lovely B&B, Henrietta House, was to tour the Roman Baths. If you go to Bath, this is a MUST!!!!

We have just returned from our dinner at a great little establishment called Belushi's, where the bartender gave us a 25% discount on our meal and drinks because, 'I really like you!'

Tomorrow morning we are planning a canal boat trip on the Avon river. So much to see and do.... Maybe we should have planned to stay a little longer.
