Sydney! What a place! From meeting up with Derick and going for some food where a gay guy nearly vomited (nothing to do with my aftershave) things took a definite turn for the better as we hit the nightlife. Bold and in your face the gay scene here is like a mix of San francisco community with the scale of the USA. Soho in London appears tiny in comparison! All the beautiful bodies strutting their stuff is quite a view to behold! The apartment I'm renting is in the middle of all this which is great. This afternoon is the Mardi gras parade and then the party where miss Minogue will of course be performing - can't wait, I had to pinch myself last night that I was really here :-)
