Ok so this is what jet lag feels like! Well had to have an afternoon nap after a series of things went wrong - getting a local Ozzie sim card took an age, my new suitcase broke (thanks wilkinsons!) and it's pouring of rain! At least my hosts for the next 5 nights seem friendly and the room is nice. The picture is from museum station - very London underground stylee :-) surprised a couple of people by ringing them when I'm in one day and they are still in yesterday......

Roger I see the Aussies can't spell Surrey... Is the rain warm? It must be, it's Australia. You're phoning people back in time? That phone of yours must be good, I should upgrade. Ring me on Sunday and tell me what tomorrow's lottery results are, could you? Ta. Meanwhile, bit of news from me - I've got a job interview next week! Only a 1st interview (of 2 stages, I suppose, it's not very clear). It's for a civil service job, I did well in the online test - 92% overall! Ironically the position is as a job centre advisor.
