After the excesses of Mari gras, it was nice to have a lie in to let the hang over recede before Derek and I went to coogee beach. Sydney being full of surprises meant a small bus ride from the large American style city centre took us to a Victorian style English seaside resort - complete with fish (a tasty new zealand variety) and chips! In the evening I met up with a nice young man called Kurt and the following morning we took a ferry into town passing nearby to the slightly scary clown by the entrance to a retro theme park called Luna park. This was followed by a spectacular view of the famous Sydney opera house and harbour bridge. The unusual weather which saw monsoon like conditions the day previously has given to non stop sunshine. So a visit today to the famous Bondi beach was in order where beautiful body after beautiful body was on display. I could get used to this.......

Richard Baker It all sounds as though you're having a rather good time ...
Richard Please don't fall in love with an Oz boy. Some countries you can commute to -- but not Oz
Roger The layout's changed! I don't know where I am with it. New Zealand fish? They won't be happy with the Aussies nicking their fish... Never mind random photos of you with random guys, what about some photos of those beautiful bodies on Bondi Beach?
Roger If I were you I'd stay over there. This country's getting s***ter and s***ter - now the government's talking about privatising the police! Ever seen RoboCop?
ryanedwards Privatising the police? Well maybe oz should do something about their antique train network, complete with wood vinyl finish...
Roger But does it run? Doesn't matter how old the finish might be as long as it runs. Take the Victoria Line here - upgraded with nice shiny new trains, but the actual service is still a pile of steaming crap. Anyway, apart from that, anything new?
