Pleasant ride this morn. Left off without a plan. Just get near Dubrovnik. Turns out near enough is better than good enough. The ride was a good one. A few unplanned traffic diversions turned out to be a good thing as I found my way through the valleys of coastal Croatia. Again the roads turned it on. Temps around 33•C , dry and sunny. Stopped in for an orangs and bowl of cherries along the way at a fruit stand. Don't want to get scurvy. Got pretty close to Dubrovnik and pulled onto a camp site. Got a screaming good view of the coast and a quick ride down the hill (could have walked but...) and I found a great place for a swim and surprise surprise a beer. The water is crystal clear warm on top and cool about a meter down. Must remember this place. Looking forward to spending the next couple of weeks( maybe more here. Local drop is perfect for the conditions Ožujsko. First rate. Tent's up and am probably settled in for a bit of a session.
