Forgot to mention in the last update that whilst in Ohakune we experienced a Volcanic TREMOR! not an earthquake tremor but a volcanic one!amazing eh!:) both in our little cabin, everything started to shake quite "violently" for about 5 seconds!Both looked at each other like 'What the hell....?' then realised what it was!crazy!

Also that same night when we legged it to the loo in the night, we looked up and could clearly see the Milky-Way!What a view....stars galore, further than our eyes could reach!

Well in Wellington we saw The Two Towers, it was great, stunning theatre was the perfect setting (nothing compared to the Newport UGC though :P)

Managed to find the "get off the road", "escape from the Nazgul" and "Dunharrow", then the next day drove miles to see where "Dimholt road" was filmed and then further to Pukerua Bay, where the legendary Peter Jackson was born, and also where he filmed one of his early films "Bad Taste" which took 4 years! Who's getting obsessive now!

Went on the cable car which is pictured above, wasn't really up to much, but still worth a little trip up the mountain!
