We spent two days on Magnetic Island relaxing and recovering from our hectic travels over the last couple of weeks. The plan was to do absolutely nothing for a couple of days but we ended up going on a couple of hours walk round a few of the different bays on the Island in the scortching heat! Was a lovely walk though so it was worth it! We spent about four or five hours at one of the bays building a massive sandcastle with the two guys that we've been travelling with. That was also more like hard work than it was doing nothing but we all enjoyed it and it certainly tired us out! After our walk back we spent the rest of our time on Magnetic Island playing cards and relaxing by the pool. Makes a change from the beaches!
