After Nuriootpa we moved on to Moonta bay on the Yorke Peninsula. The first thing we noticed was the drop in temperature as we were on the coast. 24th January After looking at the weather for the next seven days we decided it will be just too hot to go to Broken Hill etc as we had first planned, so now we are going to explore the Yorke Peninsula in South Australia most of which is coastal and lots cooler than inland. 20th August We had a long day driving, about 450kms with strong winds at our tail most of the time and arrived at Renmark SA at about 4pm. The Big 4 Riverside is a very large, but well run, scrupulously clean park right on the banks of the Murray. We have a site overlooking the river. 21st today began with overcast skies and drizzle, but by lunch time it had mostly cleared and warmed up.two days here and then home.

We left Kimba this morning after an almost continuous night of rain. I think the rain has followed us since we left home. We arrived here at Ceduna (which means a place to sit down and rest) after expert guidance by our My Escape Navman. What a great tool it has turned out to be.
