We are now at Halls Gap in the Grampians. Murphy's Law it happens to be not only school holidays but the worst weather ever. It poured all last night and tonight it is literally blowing a gale and it is freezing. Consequently no photos as we binged on a TV series today called "Burden of Truth" most of the day. Finally we took off this morning, but after reaching the Murray Valley Highway we remembered some cash we had put aside to bring so we turned around and went back home as we had already said our goodbyes to Jack and Gloria they must have wondered what we were doing back from our trip so soon. Finally got underway on Thursday 25th but had to turn back about 20kms from home when we remembered the remote control for the media player. We then made it to a lovely free camp at Leitchville called Travellers Rest, so clean with gardens all around each area and toilets. Pub over the road great meals. Right now we are free camping near Dimboola with about 600km to go to get home tomorrow. Unfortunately it is pretty close to the highway so hopefully we will be able to get some sleep before we continue on to home in the morning.

Finally we are on our way on the big trip to the west and then up the west coast to Derby.
