Breakky – One of the reasons Ros picked this hotel is for its traditional Turkish breakky – it was delish! So many items on the menu from fruit to meat ...Turkish tea and coffee. The service was brilliant! The owner of the hotel is the lady in white – who gave us 2 lavender sachets on our way out as a parting gift! Ros told Pol to put the sachets in her shoes (which are very stinky) It was such a great experience staying in this hotel! 4.5 hours ahead of us – we wondered why that long for only 250 odd k's total trip! …we soon realised the road speed limits averaged 60km/h and were windy…plus there was a lot of traffic!!!!!! The scenery was stunning though – Pol ended up taking over 400 pics of today! Police speed camera! …then we spotted something… We needed to get rid of our last Mark money as we cannot change the money outside of Bosnia…so we bought some fruit! (The watermelon are kept chilled in the naturally flowing water source!! They also washed our fruit in there for us!) ..from these guys…The peaches were amazing! Back to riding through the awesome – hilly countryside of Bosnia: Selfies are better with the GoPro! …overtaking near a bend! …a cow by the road! …another cow! …and another cow! Some good cornering from Ros! Fuel…tyre pressure…oil check and chain lube stop! We both needed to use the toilet…Pol went first to find it was a squat toilet!!! Ros wasn’t impressed…so she waited until the next stop! Off we go again!! Spit roast! We could smell it from a while away!! Beach…kind of…very pebbly river!! People swim in sandals here!! …and here…over the bridge is the border crossing into Serbia… …so does that mean that whoever swims to one or the other side of the lake- depending on which side..is in Bosnia then Serbia!!? Little bit of a wait…but we got there…not much of a fuss here…they took our passports and asked us to take our helmets off before we rode ahead…into Serbia! Serbia: Railway crossing – no barriers – just a Give Way sign and dodgy road!!! The roads here – at first – were really bad to drive on…a lot of cars drove in the middle of the road when nothing was oncoming. Exhibit ‘A’ – not so great roads ..another dodgy railway crossing! ..and more dodgy roads!! Saying hi to fellow bikers... Somewhere along the way we saw an almost hidden restaurant… ....only 10 Euros for all of this and 2 coffees! Stables next door to the restaurant... On our way again: Random tyre yard Pol waving at the tractor More fruit stalls! Fruit economy! Heading into town: Pol - prepping our luggage to take to the hotel - Ros was watching from CCTV from inside the office - Pol faffing!! Ros found 2 storey accommodation for 40Euros a night! ...an unpacking session and a little rest.... and…we're off to find a jazz bar! On our way out to the Jazz bar: Belgrade was alive! We found a market in the park but thought best we don't get sidetracked! Cute little vespa! Jazz Bar!
