sunday 24th October/ monday 25th october

We had a few very chilled days. The weather brightened up and we managed to spend a bit of time in the garden. As we are going to New Zealand thursday we used this time to catch up on washing, blogging, shopping etc.

Tuesday 26th October

We got up early and me, Rob, Carol and Doreen got the bus into the city and then a ferry over to Watson's bay which was lovely. We went on a great cliff top walk overlooking the sea, the views were just incredible. Part of the walk overlooks a nudist beach and as the weather was very hot they were out in force...we didn't know where to look.lol. I wouldn't of minded if they were like Brad Pitt, but I can safely say they were not. As Doreen hadn't come on this part of the walk Rob thought it would be a good idea to take some photo's to show her (why anyone would want to see these I do not know, but if anyone wants to see some nude old men you know where to come! lol)

After our long walk we had lunch by the sea, Watson's bay is known for fish and chips so that's what we had! It was lovely apart from the fact the seagulls were out in force...they obviously thought Doreen was obviously a soft touch and took a chip right off her fork, and if you think taking a chip is cheeky the next gull went one step further and swooped down and took her fork....the cheeky things! But anyway after an eventful lunch we had a lovely coffee overlooking the harbour before heading back to the city. A lovely day!

Wednesday 27th October

We got up early to skype mum, Richard and Liam, before heading off to the nearby shops to get some last minute bits. We have spent the afternoon packing and getting ready as we are getting picked up at 4am....yes 4am! Not impressed. As it is our last night we are having a BBQ with Tom, Carol, Doreen, Steve and Avril which should be very nice. We will update the blog once we are in New Zealand, internet permitting!
