Sunday 10th October

Me, Rob and Carol headed off in the morning and went to see Paddy's Market in china town. This was really good we managed to pick up a few nice gifts although some of the merchandise on sale was questionable.....does anyone want a real Kangaroo ball bag in the form of a bottle opener?....or how about a kangaroo hand to scratch your back?.... we did'nt think so. After having a look around we went for lunch and then walked over to Darling Harbour for ice cream which was lovely. We took the double decker train home and then it was a takeaway for tea!

Monday 11th October

Me and Rob ventured out early morning and took the bus and then a train to Bondi Junction. We strolled around the town and we had come prepared with a packed lunch! yum. We then took another bus to the famous Bondi beach where the sun made a welcome appearance. Our expectations of Bondi were just of a typical beach however it was really lovely....the waves were massive so it was very cool to see the surfers out there. We walked along the beach front before getting the bus back to the city where we had a coffee outside the Queen Victoria building. We took the bus home and had bangers and mash for tea :) a really nice day!
