Well, today felt a little like a Bruno Mars song. We got up, had brekkie, went to beach (approximate 10 second walk) and stayed there for quite some time. Went to do some coconut jewellery making in the afternoon but the dude didn't have the right tools so we ended up messing around with the coconuts and they cooked some up for us in the Fiji style which is to fry them and sprinkle with salt! This makes them taste just like popcorn. Lush! we still haven't got used to it getting dark here at 6.00pm but this does make for some pretty special star gazing and good views of the bats flitting about. Doesn't bode so well for the frogs though as these tend to get squashed underfoot in the low light conditions!! So far we have managed to avoid any froggy massacres! Off for tea soon, more fish curry for Howellsey I'm guessing! Ps. Picture is of our bure today!
