Well, after a shirt plane hop (3.5 hours) we arrived in Sydney yesterday afternoon. We walked to the opera house and took pictures of the iconic bridge. We then headed to Darling harbour to have a few drinks and check out the bar scene and try and decide on activities for today. This morning we have been brunching at city extra cafe with a view of the bridge (see pic! Remember it Jay? The Canadian breakfast??). We are off to Darling harbour again this afternoon to go to the wild life centre and aquarium to find out about all the different creatures that may be able to kill us while in Oz!! Then we've found a nice place for a special meal thus evening courtesy of Suzanne and Dave, and Aidan and Nicky. Can't wait, will report back tomorrow! We leave for Perth in the morning so a fleeting but none the less cool visit to Sydney!!
