The day started with Felicity in our bed receiving breakfast in bed and her birthday gifts. She was very excited about turning nine.

Once organised we walked over to the Narrabeen Rock Pool for a swim. It's fantastic how they have made these pools that fill from the ocean. There are many of them along the Sydney foreshore. The weather was glorious too!

For lunch, and to celebrate Flicks birthday we went to a restaurant called the Boat Shed. It was really nice and overlooks Narrabeen Lagoon. Following lunch the girls went paddle boarding on the lagoon. They all loved it. We then went for a walk to Long Reef Point. This area provides amazing views over the coastline and the Long Reef Point Golf Course.

Back to the caravan park for more swimming, dinner, birthday cake and bed. Flick says she had a great day.
