We arrived into Paros and found a campsite that looked good, Krios Camping, just 5 mins by car from the main port in Naxos. It had a pool and was right on the beach so we were stoked. Went into town on our first night and checked out the town, found a nice italian restaurant and got stuck in. Next day we hired a quad bike and scooter since there were 3 of us, checked out the rest of the island and Naoussa which was a really nice port town with mazes of streets and pretty white washed buildings. We stopped along the way for a few swims and somehow only covered half the island, it was quite big! Checked out the horse riding, but we ended up deciding not to do it as seemed a little pricey! Not to mention i am s*** scared of horses! Our campground had built in BBQ's so we had a nice feed of prawns, chops, eggplant, courgettes etc on the barbie on our 2nd night. Decided to do a night out on the town on our 3rd night, Claire insisted we drink vodka and what a mistake!! After some playing in the playground, I was home by 12am and really can't handle the alcohol these days, especially in the heat! Stayed in Paros for 4 nights, most of which we were sun baking, then Claire was off to Athens and we headed for Naxos.
