I was home alone last night. We had a greek dinner -souvlaki. It was great to taste something new. The good thing about staying with Nino and Grace is that they have different foods every night! Nino is Australian and Grace is Italian.

Lukas was out last night and Nino & Grace went to a freinds for a few drinks. I was invited to go, but I didnt really feel like socialising, so I thought I would take the chance of having the house to myself, watching tv and eating junk food! I wantched Pretty Woman and Hannibal and was in bed by 11pm because I had a migraine coming on. I had a terrible nights sleep, woke up three times and was unable to get back to sleep. I ended up sleeping on the bottom of the bed, spread eagled - very elegant!

My alarm went off at 7am this morning because I wanted to get in the shower before everyone else. We had to leave the house at 8:45 because Nino and Grace had to go to the blood bank to give blood. I was absolutely exhausted and really didnt want to go out today. We had been invited to Nino and Grace's nephews 14th Birthday party. We were at the blood bank for an hour and a half, by which time my migrane had got waorse and I was seeing white spots. Nino drove me home, I took a couple of tablets and went to bed. I managed to sleep all day, waking up at 4pm. Nino and Grace got home from the party at 5pm. I was gutted that I missed it because I was supposed to be meeting their family, but I was just too ill.

Im feeling much better now though!
