We spent our last morning in San Diego visiting Balboa Park. This is an unbelievable park with great museums and exhibits. We loved the Botanical Garden filled with gorgeous orchids.
We had lunch at "The Prado" an exceptional restaurant at the park.
We then headed toward Palm Springs via the scenic "Pacific to Palms" route.
It was a beautiful mountain drive and quite impressive as we came across and dropped into the valley of Palm Springs.
