We left Palm Springs to head back to the ocean and continue our road trip along Highway 1.
We spent some time at Santa Monica Pier and then headed further north.
We stopped to shop and have lunch at Santa Barbara. We needed to try another bowl of clam chowder on the pier. Also watched some of the surfers for a bit. The water was cold but there were still some people in swimming.
