Today we continued on another "Wilderness Express" train ride to Denali National Park. We had great views of the mountain range again. We have been so lucky! What is to not like about this great train?!?!? The food has been fabulous with narration along the way to explain the beautiful views.

There was an earthquake in Alaska this morning so our train needed to take extra precautions until the tracks are inspected. We were unaware of the quake until we were on our way. This is not uncommon as Alaska experiences many earthquakes. They actually can have 50 - 100 each day but the one today was high enough to warrant extra precautions.

We settled into our lodging at McKinley Village and are the new lodge so we are very comfortable with a patio right by the river.

This evening we went to an "Alaskan Cabin Night" Dinner Theatre which was lots of fun. Great music and family style food including delicious Alaskan salmon.
