What a fabulous day! We took a four hour trip on the "Wilderness Express" a glass domed train to Talkeetna. It was a totally clear day so the views were spectacular! Talkeetna is a quaint little town of 879 people and has the best view of Mount McKinley/Denali. From the Talkeetna Alaska Lodge you have a panaramic view of the entire Mountain range.
