So I've been in Seattle now for about 36 hours. So far all I've managed to do is sleep a lot and browse round the Pike Place Market and the shops! I bought some Roxy shoes for only $17! That's me done with shopping in the States now. It's all too tempting! There are less homeless people here than in San Francisco I think, but I think maybe I'm just based in a better area?!

You may have seen that I've uploaded 4 whole pictures from Alcatraz. I wanted to upload them all but it wanted to take 540 mins! These computers at the hostel have free internet and they are slow! Oh so slow!

Tomorrow I'm thinking about doing a City Tour. I don't really know anything about Seattle and I've learnt that it's best to have someone tell you all about it and so get to see so much. I miss Paul's city orientations and free day ideas! He was so useful!

I definately want to go up the Space Needle and I might go to the Pacific Science Center where you can watch an Imax movie about Mt St Helens erupting. That sounds cool!

Yesterday I got a free dinner at the hostel which was great. They have free breakfast and free dinner on three nights of the week, so I'll get another one on Sunday. Result! The beds here are cool cos you get little curtains around your bed and your own little lamp. Means you can sleep for hours as it's darker! I proved that one today!

Wellas you can see I really haven't "done" anything yet so I'll save updating again until I have actually seen some more of Seattle and done something worth writing about!
