Well it was my last day in LA today until I get back just before my flight to NZ. I went to the Getty Center with a girl called Janelle who's from Colorado. We got the bus there and then spent about 2.5 hours looking round at the art. We saw some great pieces including Van Gogh, Monet, Degas and Rembrant. It was pissing down with rain though which was less than fun as my jeans got soaked and it's so cold in this hostel that they probably won't be dry for tomorrow when I either have to pack them or wear them! Yesterday I had a really lazy day and just hung around here on the internet and reading a book. Last night I went to the lounge here for open mike and saw some people singing they were really good. I got really drunk though as I hadn't eaten enough and this morning I nearly passed out on the bathroom floor after I got out of the shower! Everyone in my room is really nice. There are a couple of girls from Shoreham by Sea in Sussex and they are about to go home having already been to Thailand, Oz and Figi. They are really brown and definately feeling the cold here.

Looking forward to going up to San Francisco tomorrow. Am definately going to see Alcatraz. Will update again soon. Have only 3 mins remaining credit. Mum please can you reply to my email. Thanks.
