We checked out of the guest house this morning and got on our coach for the six hour journey south east to Ko Chang, which is a beach resort on an island of the main land We arrived late afternoon on a ferry and as it turned out Matt who we'd met a few days ago had also made the same journey so we walked around the small resort of Lonely Beach and settled on a hut by the sea well within our budget, basic but a stunning little place. We soon headed for an early tea and watched the rain approach across the sea.

We then moved on to a busy bar which had live music, before Rachael escorted Tom home after one too many Changs.
