March .... We got the afternoon boat to Phi Phi one of the ideallic islands in the world from Krabi town arriving there early evening. We got a bus from Phuket to Krabi which was about 2 hours where we stayed for the night. Krabi town is quite a quiet little town, not alot going on, just markets and stuff, but is very cheap! We booked an overnight trip in Phang Nga to do the famous sea area, but this meant getting up at 8.00 dropping our backpacks off at the guy who ran the tour's office for the night then onto the boat. We arrived in Ko Phangan on the 21 feb in time for the world famous beach party which was scheduled for the 22nd feb. After a few hours it became obvios the beach party had been postponed back to the 24 feb due to thai elections.
