Woke up early for some strange reason, don't seem to be able to sleep in late in this town... Which sucks I may add! After getting up and finding a cheap breakfast I cranked out my kindle and read through some more GOT, we had arranged to meet the Finnish chaps for lunch at 2pm so we headed off about 1:50, Mikko and Olli were there but Pablo was sleeping, we had a good Laos lunch next to the riverfront and had an hour to kill before we wanted to head back to wait for our tuk tuk to the bus station, so we headed back to Utopia to chill out, when we arrived we could hardly believe that Ash and Kish were there too! We got chatting to them and introduced the Fins to the Brits and we all got chatting a bit, they told us that they were getting the 6pm bus to Chiangmai and we had to laugh as we were on the same bus by chance, we headed back to the guesthouse and got our stuff ready to go, shortly after out tuk tuk turned up and we ended up at the bus station where we started talking to an Aussie named Leo and some other British girls who's name we didn't really catch, we then got another tuk tuk to a smaller bus station and got a less than desirable seating bus, after about an hour the air con packs up and it's about a million degrees, so being Western men we pop open the emergency exit on the roof and everyone enjoys the cool breeze... For about an hour before people start getting chilly, luckily we had blankets provided and I think most people managed to nod off over night, the journey will continue tomorrow!
